There was serious damage to our power generation control systems on the far end of the outpost. It is user-repairable, but my servo systems are down, so you will have to collect the repair chips manually. The teleport terminal in that section is controlled by the same subsystem, so you are going to have to fly in via an EVA pod. This is as close to one as I could get you.
